Very nice, cozy location. Being close to the finance district it’s location is perfect if you work nearby.
Tudor, the guy from security was really helpful, giving us a lots of useful information, hints wherr to go, what to visit, etc.
Looking forward for my next visit,

One of my best hotel stays in London. The room was so modern and spacious and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Yash who checked us in. The hotel is right beside Aldgate underground station and there’s a lovely coffee shop next door. The rooftop bar was a must also. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London, it was great value for money and the staff made the stay really enjoyable!

My colleague and I got upgraded to the deluxe room. It was nice and neat!
It had robes, slippers and some nice toiletries like a shower cap, vanity set, etc.
I really liked the view and had a quiet evening/night.
Extra points as it is right next to Aldgate station, so it was easy to find and access.

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed in this stay the rooms were simply okay nothing special but they did a big show of saying that my room was upgraded due to booking through Expedia. We also appreciated the gifted wine bottle. However, there seemed to be a lack in some of the staff members when it comes to customer service. The woman who checked us in was wonderful but when we had issues or questions the other staff members would be very short and would seek to reject requests faster than trying to find a solution. The biggest blunder was on one of our nights the fire alarm was blaring for more than 15 minutes at 2am…. Now mistakes happen that is understandable, but we received no acknowledgment about the issue they just tried to act like it didn’t happen. When I asked someone at the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal. If I’m staying somewhere I am hoping to be well taken care of and that was not my experience here so I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff, Hea , was incredibly kind and gave me a complimentary room upgrade for my birthday, which made the experience even more special. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Front of desk staff so friendly and welcoming. Location brilliant, next to Aldgate tube and great for brick lane and spittlefields. If you like a fun bar then the rooftop bar is great, Erin will do a fabulous job of looking after you.
Could not fault our stay. It was a special occasion and they did us proud thank you.

I like this hotel. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is first class. It would be 5 stars all the way if I had not been charged £16 for a gin and tonic! I didn’t ask for a double and is service charge really applicable when sat at the bar? Should add that Dario, who served me, was very nice too. Seems the double as standard is policy, as was explained, briefly, by a manager.

A perfect stay. I cannot fault this hotel. Beautiful modern room, spotlessly clean, lovely linen and bedding, great bathroom and shower, lovely staff and great location right beside the underground station. The window view was great and our room was quiet and peaceful. We were on the 11th floor. I loved having a mini fridge, fresh water each day, fresh towels and a freshly made bed each day.

The hotel facilities are new, beautiful and well presented and maintained, with excellent facilities and service. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful and accessing the room is very easy.

Magnífico hotel bien decorado, llevo años alojandome aquí. Al paso del tiempo se ha ido renovando continuamente de forma impecable. Habitaciones muy bien atendidas, limpieza y reponen cada día todos los amenities. Cama cómoda y confortable. Las vistas y su roof top, es de los más agradables de Londres, en resumen una gran opción. Muy recomendable..!!..ahhh el subterráneo a 30 metros, importante.

We had the best experience for one night at Hotel Saint and will definitely be booking here again when we are back in London. We received a complimentary upgrade to a king suite and it was lovely. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and the rooms were spotless. We had a box of chocolate nougats, snack biscuits, & glass water bottles in our room waiting for us which was also a sweet surprise. The city view was gorgeous and we highly recommend this hotel!
